In a very intimate studio stage in the heights of Tower Theatre a quaint Nashville band, Birdtalker, captured the hearts of many fans. This warm room was filled with their folk sounds. The show began with an angelic harmony between the lead singers, Zach and Dani Green, as they proceeded to fill the room with love and heartfelt lyrics; you could feel the passion in their voices and musical melodies.

This five-piece band started in 2012, after Zach and Dani Green were married. Their mutual passion for music drove them to start making music together, with Dani’s musical background of her father being a songwriter in Nashville and Zach having played cover gigs in coffee shops throughout college and his mother being a concert pianist, when they collaborated, they became a duo you wouldn’t want to miss. As Zach went to college, other members fluttered in and they became the remarkable ‘Birdtalker.’
Birdtalkers sound truly moved the entire audience with their passion for music and sharing a love with one another.
The show overall made the crowd feel so personal with the band as if we were all there sitting on the couch drinking zinfandel together.
They brought the full five-piece up to end the show after a very intimate section when they became a two piece of just Zach and Dani, as they played their more personal songs, such as one of their bigger hits, “My Lover,” just the two of them in harmony accompanied by an acoustic guitar.
There are not a lot of bands that can exhibit the same raw sound from the studio to their live performance, and they mastered that.
